pust1 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pust1 platform — whether through a browser on desktop, mobile, or any other device — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of pust1, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site, and any person placing bets or accessing game content on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pust1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login information. • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Enable OTP verification for added account security.
• Notify pust1 immediately if you notice any unauthorized account activity.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on pust1 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine e-wallets and online banking channels, including GCash, Maya, and bank transfer through InstaPay or PESONet. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pust1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Using a payment method that does not belong to you is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

All funds deposited into your pust1 account are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest. pust1 is not a financial institution and your account balance is not a savings or banking product.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso and sent to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a payment account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. This is a one-time requirement. Once verified, future withdrawal requests proceed without repeating the process, subject to periodic review.

pust1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers, which follow standard Philippine banking timelines.

• Withdrawal requests with incomplete or mismatched account details may be delayed or rejected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• pust1 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

6Bonuses and Promotions

pust1 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented or accepted.

General rules that apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

Game results are determined by chance and are not influenced by any external factor or by pust1 staff.

By placing a bet, you accept the game result as final. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pust1 reserves the right to void bets affected by the error and refund the staked amount to your account. No additional compensation will be provided for technical disruptions.
